In an opening statement let me say that I guess that due to the lack of funding from the federal government, the local authorties are looking and starting witch hunts...  They are out to destroy lifes and take what is not theirs.

My advice, if you do anything for family and friends, and you get any kind of money, even if its re-embursement,
get a tax license.  

Otherwise you will be accused of making $150,000 a year and owe tax on that money because you dont have proof that you didn't run a business,  you wont have any books to give them, no receipts, and on that basis you'll owe BIG $$$.

AND DONT PUT UP A WEB SITE!

Greetings, this site has been deleted, we did not realize that owning a web page constituted/implied having a Business up and running. 

This site was mearly an experiment to see if we could generate enough interest to justify opening a business.
With the Health Department requirements and the lack of interest, we never were able to start a business.

So since we do not have a business up and running and the Mississippi Tax commission looking for thousands of dollars in revenue on a business that never happened we have deleted this site.  

To others, be aware that the government looks at web sites as a legal business, no matter if you are not operating or making any money.  

Go figure.

In fact Jan made a birthday cake for my Aunt's 78th Birthday and that even though it was a gift that is considered a business.

Government has gotten way too rediculous when making a birthday cake for your family is considered a business.

A final word of advice, if your thinking about  putting  up a site to test the waters, see if a business would work,  just for research...... DONT.
